With 11 years of hands-on experience as a VP at a manufacturing company and 27 years of ERP experience, she honed her skills in assessing processes and guiding customers to improvements for increased profitability. Susan's journey with Algorithm began during her tenure at Macola, where she had the opportunity to work closely with the system, laying the foundation for an in-depth understanding of its functionalities. This exposure ignited her passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence, ultimately leading her back to Algorithm.
