Background

Nancee began her career with a small business, juggling multiple roles including customer service, accounts payable/receivable, and scheduling. After 8 years of diverse experience, she moved to a large corporate medical insurance company, quickly rising to lead the Complaints and Appeals department for the Northwest Region. Her healthcare journey continued as a Business Office Manager, overseeing financial operations, billing, and patient accounts. In this role, she managed inpatient and outpatient claims, assisted with Medicare and Medicaid eligibility, and handled daily operations. In 2022, Nancee took a break from healthcare and joined a mechanical service company as a service consultant, where she was introduced to Acumatica. Soon after, a customer recognized her potential and brought her on to help expand property management and consulting businesses. This opportunity allowed Nancee to delve into high-level administrative duties, HR, accounting, and maintenance, particularly unit turns, acquiring new skills along the way. When she discovered Algorithm, it felt like the perfect fit. Meeting Mike, Annie, and Mimi confirmed that this was the next exciting chapter in her career. Nancee is eager to dive back into Acumatica with the Algorithm team and looks forward to contributing to this wonderful group.
