Background

Kristin has a degree in social science with a pre-law emphasis from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN. She lived in MN for 42 years before her husband's job relocated them to Colorado 6 years ago. Before Algorithm, Kristin was a controller for a distribution company in the Minneapolis area where she also was in charge of the systems and Macola. "I knew of Algorithm from all my years in the Macola space, and when I essentially worked myself out of a job and my kids grew up, I saw a posting on LinkedIn from Mike and felt I was ready to make the leap into consulting." Prior to being a controller, she was a workers compensation claims adjuster, where once again was in charge of software, but it wasn't ERP. Kristin's technical experience and love of reporting and business process improvement made her a perfect fit for Algorithm's consulting team.
