Background

Jessica's role is to guide our Epicor clients through their ERP implementation from start to finish. Jessica previously was responsible for oversight of the Procurement, Manufacturing Scheduling, Accounts Payable, and the eProcurement functions in both manufacturing and distribution. She managed a staff of 15, overseeing areas of spending activity, to include the purchase of raw materials, hardware, supplies, office equipment, contracted services, and other operational supplies required to support the needs of the business. As well as RFP Activity for products, technology, contracted services, and construction bidding. Jessica has been involved in Epicor, Netsuite, Concur, and Airbase implementations. She is an experienced Epicor Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the machinery industry. Skilled in Epicor Process Improvement, Reporting, Customization, Software Documentation, Training, and Business Process Improvement. Strong manufacturing operations and procurement professional she works with multiple departments and divisions to create a seamless process from current software to Epicor Kinetic. Jessica is a demonstrated problem solver who is passionate about user adoption, process development, data management, and analytics.
