Background

As a Project Manager for Algorithm, Jessica focuses on executing projects on time, within budget and scope, while aligning our service team and our clients with expectations, timeline, and scheduling. Jessica became a PM 5 years ago with a water filtration engineering firm, that patented and manufactured custom water filtration, where she gained a large amount of experience in manufacturing. She also managed multi-million-dollar projects while working there and was a project SME for a global ERP implementation. After that, Jessica dove headfirst into IT Consulting with a Salesforce consulting firm. In that experience she learned the unbelievable facets of IT and Salesforce. Her unique experiences as a Project Manager in both manufacturing and IT made working at Algorithm make sense. Working at Algorithm requires knowledge background in manufacturing processes while mixing in the ERP IT implementation knowledge.
