After earning a master's degree in Organization Development and Change Management from Bowling Green State University, she began her career at Bank One as a process consultant. Her expertise was instrumental in driving a large-scale, customer-centric transformation initiative. Following her entrepreneurial ventures, Debra transitioned to the non-profit sector where she successfully led a food pantry through significant growth. Her ability to streamline operations and maximize resources is evident in her career trajectory.
