Dan brings a strong background in ERP sales and a passion for innovative technology to the Algorithm team. Prior to joining Algorithm, he spent three years at NetSuite, working closely with businesses to help them maximize the value of their cloud-based ERP systems. He thrived on the challenge of addressing complex business needs and saw firsthand how the right software could drive transformation. With a deep interest in cutting-edge solutions and a drive to be part of something industry-changing, Dan was drawn to Algorithm’s track record of success and forward-thinking approach with Acumatica. He saw the move as a natural next step—a chance to take his ERP experience further with a company that’s setting new standards in the industry. Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. While there, he played three years of Division III lacrosse for the FDU Devils, balancing academics with a competitive athletic schedule that shaped his strong work ethic and team mindset.

My best skill is building genuine relationships. I really take the time to understand what clients are struggling with and figure out how we can help. I think it’s important to listen first and make sure we’re offering solutions that make sense for their business. From there, it’s about working closely with them and being a resource, they can rely on—not just to close a deal, but to support their needs long-term.
