WiSys Production Order Processing Work Center Reporting

WiSys WMS combined with WiSys POP WCR provides real time inventory management and improves the tracking and recording of material. Without real time recording, paper based ERP systems create lag time between material movement (issues, receipts, production) and recording of transactions. This is particularly true of POP (Production Order Processing), where material is physically issued to an order and not recorded or back flushed until production is reported. WiSys POP can issue material and report production and provided setup options to manage material in multiple ways – material can be back flushed or raw material can be issued from inventory as it is needed and consumed, creating real time inventory movement.
